Year 1 Survey Guidelines ~ For Project Students And Their Friends

Before you take the survey please read the guidelines below.

When you are ready to start, you can link to the survey by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page or on the graphic opposite. 

Please Note: This survey is only for students aged 16-19 Years. 

To access the survey you will require a 'LOGIN' and a 'PASSWORD'.  These will be issued to you by your project teacher. 

Your 'LOGIN' and 'PASWORD' entitle you to one attempt at the survey. 

The questions in the survey and the choice of answers are presented randomly.  This means that the order of questions and the order of answers for each question will be different for each student. 

There are no right answers and you are asked to answer as honestly as possible.  The survey is completely anonymous.

Follow the survey instructions carefully and remember you cannot use your browser's back button to retake a question.

When you have read the question you can bring up the choice of answers by clicking the left mouse button.

As the order of the answers constantly changes, read the questions carefully and make sure you select the answer that in your opinion is the best.

To select an answer click on the letter adjacent to it (left mouse button). 

When you have made your selection you will automatically be taken to the next question.

There are two numbers displayed on the top right of each screen. 

The first number represents the number of questions you have completed.

The second number is the number of questions in the survey.
